<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the case of performing input by voice and displaying an agent in an on-demand interface device. <P>SOLUTION: The on-demand interface device is composed of a voice input means 1 for inputting a retrieval request sentence and an instruction by voice, a request sentence input means 2 for inputting the retrieval request sentence and the instruction by means other than voice, a voice recognition means 4 of inputted voice, a control means 5 for controlling the on-demand interface device, a selection means 6 for a user to select a retrieval result among retrieval results of an output means 7, the output means 7 for outputting the retrieval results of a function DB 8 to the request sentence inputted from the voice input means 1 and the request sentence input means 2, an image and voice of a personified agent, the function DB 8 which stores a script indicating a help explanatory sentence and operation procedures, a retrieval failure response DB 9 in which a message to be outputted to the output means 7 and an operation script of the agent when a retrieval result of the function DB 8 to the inputted request sentence is 0 case are stored and an instruction command DB 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
