METHOD FOR PRODUCING VINYL-BASED CONDUCTIVE POLYMER FIBER AND VINYL-BASED CONDUCTIVE POLYMER FIBER OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a vinyl-based conductive polymer fiber, in which it has been considered to be impossible hitherto to fiberize the polymer material because of an insoluble and infusible polymer material, by electrospinning. SOLUTION: A precursor of a vinyl-based conductive polymer represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1is an aromatic hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic hydrocarbon; R2is a leaving group) is dissolved in a solution containing a volatile solvent and then, electrospinning of the solution is carried out to prepare a fiber of the precursor and the fiber of the precursor is heat-treated to produce the vinyl-based conductive polymer fiber represented by general formula (2) (R1and n are each the same as mentioned above).
