PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of easily setting ROI on dynamic images. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic device comprising a probe 1 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to/from an examinee body, an ultrasonic wave transmission/reception part 2 for supplying driving signals to the probe 1 and receiving reflected echo signals outputted from the probe 1, an image constitution part 3 for reconstituting diagnostic images on the basis of the received reflected echo signals and constituting the dynamic images from the diagnostic images, a display part 5 for displaying the diagnostic images or the dynamic images constituted by the image constitution part 3 and a control part 12 for controlling the respective parts, a region-of-interest setting means for setting the position of the region of interest respectively in two different frames of the dynamic images and a means 10 for interpolating and setting the position of the region of interest of the plurality of frames between the two frames on the basis of the position of the region of interest set in the two frames are provided.
