<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a sight line position of a user without requiring any calibrating operation from a user. <P>SOLUTION: Determination means 201, 502 and 501 determine whether a marker controlled by a computer to be displayed on a screen appears on the screen or not. Acquisition means 201 and 301 acquire a marker appearance position when the marker appears on the screen.
