<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for carrying out the positioning of the nozzle of a laser beam machining tool, which is equipped on a laser beam machine, outside the machine. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle presetter is composed of a base 910 on which a laser beam machining tool 60 is dismoutably set, a substitutive beam source 920 which is mounted on the base and irradiates an optical beam instead of the laser beam, a nozzle supporting member 660 which is attached to the body of the laser beam machining tool via a position adjusting means, a target member 930 dismountably mounted on the nozzle supporting member, a photodetector 940 provided so as to face to a small diameter hole 932 provided at the center of the target member, an amplifier for amplifying the output voltage from the photodetector, and a display means for displaying the output of the amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
