摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus and a transceiver apparatus which are unlikely to be influenced from external environment, and further, to provide a method for operating a transmitting apparatus which is unlikely to be influenced, especially by external noise. <P>SOLUTION: A power amplifier (12), connected to a high-frequency antenna assembly (17) via a controllable matching instrument (13) in the transmitting apparatus, is provided. As a result of this, it is possible to carry out direct conversion of the impedance of output (121) of the power amplifier (12) into the impedance of input of the high frequency antenna assembly (17). Conversion to 50Ω, which is standard, is unnecessary. The power amplifier (12), the matching instrument (13) and a control unit (11), which controls the output impedance of the matching instrument (13), constitute a functional unit which is useful by being constituted as a structure, accumulated monolithically in a semiconductor body (1).
