<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water generator for producing ozone water of a stable concentration without being affected by environment, and an ozone generator. <P>SOLUTION: The ozone water generator includes a compressor 14 for compressing the air to deliver compressed air 16, a cooling part in which the compressed air 16 outputted from the compressor 14 is collided with a cooling fin 120 in a compressed condition, condensed and exhausted, and a heating part 48 for heating the compressed air 16 exhausted from the cooling part in the compressed condition to exhaust it. Further, the generator includes an oxygen generation part 20 for receiving the compressed air 16 outputted from the heating part 48, removing gas other than oxygen and generating an oxygen gas, an ozone generation part 22 for supplying oxygen generated by the oxygen generation part 20 to a discharge area and generating ozone, and an ozone water generation part 24 for sucking ozone generated by the ozone generating part into a venturi tube and mixing with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
