<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide type filter having a structure as the filter can be replaced easily, without altering the layout of an existing microwave transmission circuit and can be surely connected, without causing deterioration in characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A waveguide groove 11 having one open side is formed into a U shape inside the body 1, and a plurality of inductive resonance windows 12 are provided, at a predetermined interval, in the waveguide groove 11 along the longitudinal direction thereof. A lid 2 is provided to close one open side thereof. The plurality of inductive resonance windows 12 are provided, such that a cavity surrounded by two adjacent inductive resonance windows 12 provided along the longitudinal direction of the waveguide groove 11, the body 1 and a lid 2 resonates at a predetermined frequency to make electromagnetic waves pass in a predetermined frequency band. Opposite ends, i.e. the input end 15 and the output end 16, of the U-shaped waveguide groove 11 are formed so as to be flush with and an I/O flange 17 is formed integrally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
