<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair deteriorated insulation of a core wire easily. <P>SOLUTION: A moisture absorbent is arranged in the inside of a cable terminal, including the core wires reaching several hundreds of pairs. A steam pressure in the inside of the cable terminal is decreased due to this moisture absorbent. a water film between the core wires 1a, 1b is thinned; consequently, the water film is divided into a water film 10a on a surface of the core wire 1a and a water film 10b on a surface of the core wire 1b, to maintain high ion insulation between the core wires. As the moisture absorbent, by using a wood and a high polymer absorbent, superior moisture absorbing/exhausting characteristic is obtained, while improving the life time of the insulation of the core wire relating to thermal oxidation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
