<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure long-term insulating properties in the cable connection head, and to enable the long-term continuous use of a measuring device, by filling an insulation oil in a cable connection head and movably providing a lid member of the oil. <P>SOLUTION: The cable connection head 18 is constituted of a lower head body 19 connecting a head body 21 to a measuring instrument body 6 and of an upper head body 20. A detection layer cable 1 is inserted into the upper head body 30, and the core wire conductor of a covering cable 2 is connected to a connector 11 fitted and fixed to the lower head body 19. The lower head body 19 is filled with a low viscosity insulation oil 29 heavier in specific gravity than the fluid in a pit, and a movable sealing member 30 which prevents the flowing out of the lower viscosity insulation oil 29 and prevents intrusion of the fluid in a pit is movably provided in the lower head body 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
