<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasmall, super-thin and ultra-lightweight flat pump suitably used as the cooling device of the main processor (CPU) of a personal computer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The flat pump is provided with a field conjugate fluid and a thin-shaped fluid housing part for tightly sealing and housing the field conjugate fluid.
