PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure flowing of fluid by alleviating effect from flow path resistances in lower pressure in a depressurizing device capable of depressurizing the fluid in a flow path in which pressure varies. SOLUTION: The device includes two states of a normal depressurized state to depressurize the fluid to discharge it from the device when the pressure of the fluid flowing into the device is larger than specified releasing pressure, and a non-depressurized state to dicharge the fluid without depressurizing it when the pressure of the fluid flowing into the device is not more than the specified releasing pressure.
