<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact air conditioning filter which has a small pressure loss and keeps service life long despite its high catching efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Filtering media is configured by one filter medium sheet having a structure with two layers or more of a low-density layer to be on an upstream and a high-density layer to be on a downstream in a gas flow direction, the filter medium is folded in a zig-zag form to suitably sandwich the separator of the material or a beat-like adhesive, a periphery is airtightly attached to a frame with the adhesive, large particles are caught in the low-density layer to be on the upstream, and small particles are caught in the high-density layer to be on the downstream to provide the compact long-service life air conditioning filter, and further, the filter medium is stacked up with other suitable density layers to provide the compact long-service life air conditioning filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
