The device has two fixation plates (5) fixed on a wall, where each plate has a collar (9) and a cut (10) for receiving ends (3) of a metallic structure (1). The plates are oriented at 180[deg] with respect to the structure and according to the wall shape. The structure has two folded metallic wires (2) welded together to form a wedge of angle less than 90[deg]. Ends of the wires are supported on the wall, in a lower part of the structure.
