<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material of high quality by restraining pinhole and split of a package caused when foreign matter such as glass shot enters the interior of a vacuum package, and also provide a cold insulation device, little causing lowering of pinhole resistance at a low temperature and attaining excellent quality in a device used at an ordinary temperature or lower because urethane resin as a bonding layer of a laminated packing material has low elastic modulus. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating material includes a core material and an outer packing material 3 having gas barrier performance for covering the core material, wherein the interior thereof is decompressed and sealed, the outer packing material 3 is a laminated packing material, the bonding layer for bonding between the respective layers of the laminated packing material is composed of urethane resin, and the elastic modulus of urethane resin is smaller than that of bonded adherent materials (a nylon film 5, an aluminum foil 6, a sealant layer 7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
