PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tilt lever from rapidly turning when a fixed tilt position is released, and to prevent a column body from falling at a time. SOLUTION: A fastening structure provided with cam members 10, 20 between the tilt lever 4 and an adjust bracket 2. When the tilt lever 4 is rotated, the cam members 10, 20 move along cam surfaces 11, 12, 21, 22 thereof to relatively separate, thereby fastening the adjust bracket 2 in a tilt bolt axial direction. When the tilt lever 4 is rotated in the opposite direction, the cam members move along the cam surfaces 11, 12, 21, 22 to relatively approach, thereby making a shape releasing fastening of the adjust bracket 2 in the tilt bolt axial direction. The first cam member 10 is equipped with a plate spring 30 adding elastic force on the second cam member 20 so as to make the cam members 10, 20 separate from each other.
