<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin functional material suppressing oxidation deterioration causing lowering of freshness of perishables, contributing to the retention of the freshness by installing as an attachment member in a cabinet of a refrigerator and expectable of environmental improving effects such as antioxidizing actions or moisture retention effects in a room with release of vitamin air by use thereof as a blow-off port filter of an air conditioner, an air cleaner, a humidifier, etc., and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The vitamin functional material is composed by applying and holding vitamins in a ceramic porous structure 1 forming ventilating holes 2 with a binder of an inorganic or an organic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
