PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion trap mass spectrometry solving on narrowness of a mass range of a multi-revolution type and capable of measuring mass with a high mass resolution without wasting ion captured by an ion trap. SOLUTION: With the use of the ion trap 12 for capturing and exhausting ion, a mechanism of pulse-wise accelerating the ion exhausted from the ion trap 12, a multi-revolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer revolving for a plurality of times a closed trajectory formed by a plurality of sector fields, and a detector 14 detecting the ion, a mass range of leading to the multi-revolution TOFMS by exhausting from the ion trap 12 is structured so as not to cause an overtake in the multi-revolution TOFMS.
