<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a landscape image, a window image and an incandescent lamp image formed by sunlight or incandescent lamp light on the screen of a television, a personal computer, a cellular phone or a video camera, and to provide a method of feeling no obscurity in seeing a screen when sunlight hits the screen, a method of eliminating a square-shaped netted dark pattern appearing on the screen, and a method of preventing an electromagnetic wave, ultraviolet rays and infrared rays. <P>SOLUTION: A first layer resin film which is colored and has ≥30% light transmittance and matte-like uneven surfaces on both sides, and a second layer resin film which is transparent, conductive and subjected to a UV-cut treatment and has a ground lead embedded in one place at least of four corners, ≥30% light transmittance and a matte-like uneven surface on one side, are put together in a state in which uneven surfaces are opposed to each other by pressing or with an adhesive, and an adhesive layer with a solid coating surface or a matte-like uneven surface is provided on the screen side of the second layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
