PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pitch rate of a vehicle when the vehicle passes a level difference or the like of a road surface even if the vehicle is an in-wheel motor type vehicle not capable of sufficiently obtaining effect of a suspension. SOLUTION: This braking/driving force controller has: vertical acceleration sensors 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d detecting the pitch rate of the vehicle 10; and a controller 22 reducing a pitch moment generated around the gravity center of the vehicle by imparting different braking/driving force to front wheels Wfl, Wfr and rear wheels Wrl, Wrr. When fluctuation of the pitch rate is detected, the controller 22 reduces the driving force of one-side wheels of the front wheels Wfl, Wfr and the rear wheels Wrl, Wrr, and imparts the reduced driving force to the other-side wheels.
