PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of constituting a replica circuit highly reliably, flexibly and efficiently and a method for constituting the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor circuit 11 provided with a transmission path, and a replica circuit 16 monitoring a delay time of a critical path of the semiconductor circuit 11.
