PREPARATION OF POLYIMIDE FILM, AND THE POLYIMIDE FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing polyimide film improved with bonding properties by reducing the variation in the bonding properties of obtained polyimide film.

SOLUTION: This polyimide film is produced by applying a solution containing a silane-coupling agent in which≥5% alkoxy group bonded with Si atom is hydrolyzed, and without substantially containing water on one of or both of the surfaces of a self-supporting film of a polyimide precursor solution and heating for imidizing.
