<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic instrument performing alignment, leveling and correction of front teeth, back teeth, or the like at an early stage by pressing a dentition or the like with strong force utilizing the resilient force of a resilient steel member and also pressing an inclined tooth in an upright direction. <P>SOLUTION: Each of orthodontic instruments 50, 51 comprises a resilient steel member and a pressing part for correcting the front teeth backward from the front, a first base member for securing the pressing part through wires, and a second base member. The resilient steel member has a grip part formed almost at the center, bends backward from both ends of the grip part while avoiding the pressing part, passes through the first base member 44 or 64 and is inserted in the second base member. The resilient steel member has collars in two parts, and fastening parts for locking the collars are formed in the first base member.
