PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring device and a method using an oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: This temperature measuring device is characterized by including a first oscillation circuit sensitive to the temperature, a second oscillation circuit unsensitive to the temperature, a matrix for selectively passing a first frequency signal outputted by the first oscillation circuit and a second frequency signal outputted by the second oscillation circuit, and a frequency/digital converter for converting a difference between the first frequency signal and the second frequency signal into a digital code.
