PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor to be directly made based on digital data, for example, from a computer by image-recording using a solid laser which emits ultraviolet light, visible light or infrared light or using semiconductor laser radiation, in particular, to provide a lithographic printing plate precursor of a simple processing type which can be developed with an aqueous solution of pH <10 or on a printing machine and provides high printing durability and good stain resistance, and to provide a method of preparing a lithographic printing plate and a lithographic printing method. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate precursor has on a support (1) (A-1) a layer containing a compound having (a) a hydrophilic group, (b) a group adhering tightly to the support and (c) a radical polymerizable group and (B) a layer containing a compound having (d) a radical polymerization accelerating group, or (A-2) a layer containing a compound having (a) a hydrophilic group, (b) a group adhering tightly to the support, (c) a radical polymerizable group and (d) a radical polymerization accelerating group, and (2) a photosensitive layer containing (C) a radical polymerizable compound, (D) a binder polymer, (E) a radical polymerization initiator and (F) a sensitizing dye having an absorption maximum at 350-1,200 nm.
