PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalysis manufacturing system with a catalyst life analyzer for chemical process using a catalyst that catalyst life can be predicted by analyzing catalyst performance of each position even if degradation of the catalyst is not uniform at positions of the catalyst layer and is different every position as in a chemical process using the catalyst and consisting of fixed bed circulation-type tube reactors.SOLUTION: A catalysis manufacturing system includes a catalyst life analyzer for chemical processes using a catalyst that catalyst life can be predicted by analyzing variation with time of the catalyst performance from variation of activation energy calculated as variation of the catalyst performance based on a gross weight of intended products in a catalyst duration in a chemical process using the catalyst and consisting of fixed bed circulation-type tube reactors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
