PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue paper having high deodorant ability by including a cationic antibacterial agent, and also having soft feeling and sufficient extensibility during a wet time; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a tissue paper 28 having a base material containing cellulose fibers and a cationic antibacterial agent of 0.01 g/mor more, and also having a crepe rate of 5% or higher and 25% or lower.
