<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of accurately detecting boiling of preparations, by accurately distinguishing between vibration of a pan caused by heating of the preparations and vibration by disturbance other than that vibration. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker has a top plate 2 for placing the pan 4 storing the preparations, a heating means 3 heating the preparations in the pan 4 via this top plate 2, a vibration sensor 5 detecting the vibration of the pan 4, a smoothing circuit 12 smoothing output of this vibration sensor 5, and a determining processing part 16 determining that the output of its vibration sensor 5 is output by the disturbance other than the vibration of the pan caused by heating when an output value of the vibration sensor 5 is larger by a predetermined value or more than an output value of the smoothing circuit 12, and determines the boiling of the preparations by comparing the output value of the vibration sensor 5 with the output value of the smoothing circuit 12 when output of the smoothing circuit 12 reduces from an increase or changes constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
