A variable wet-dry filtering device is provided to improve water quality, and to prevent a problem such as clogging of an inlet of water regardless of a separate supporting stand by minimizing a vortex phenomenon. A variable wet-dry filtering device improving water quality includes the followings: a supporting pipe one or more which is protruded to the top of water; a water inlet part(10) flowing water; a connection part(30) combined with the inlet and an outlet; and a pump transferring the water into the outlet through a connection part. The water is flowed into the supporting pipe after penetrating a porous filtering member.
