The frame has a mobile holder arm (20) whose end positions a tool on a platform (1). A ground supporting unit (3) is constituted by a lever (301) holding a wheel (302) that is movably mounted in rotation with respect to the platform. The supporting unit is moved between a rest position in which the supporting unit does not rest on a ground and a working position in which the supporting unit rests on the ground. A control unit controls movement of the supporting unit based on movement of the tool towards its rest and/or working position.
