#CMT# #/CMT# The system (1) has a heat pump (3) including a multitubular heat exchanger (11) located at suction of a refrigerant compressor (17) when the system is in a cooling mode, and another multitubular heat exchanger (12) placed at back of the compressor when the system is in a cooling mode. The compressor is driven by an electric motor powered by an alternative current generator e.g. combustion engine (2). The pump includes a third multitubular heat exchanger (15) located at back of the compressor when the system is in the cooling mode and is used for heating a hot water circuit (14). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# System for producing hot water, warm water i.e. domestic hot water, cold water and electricity used for operating electrical components and/or electronic devices such as solenoid valve, lighting unit or suction fan, and for being used in balneotherapy installation, thalassotherapy installation, apartment housing for heating a swimming pool, hospital, nursing home, hotel or tourist home (all claimed). Can also be used for heating and/or cooling refreshing hot floor or fan coil unit in an office building and food industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The multitubular heat exchangers of the heat pump assure simultaneous production of hot water, warm water, cold water and electricity, and assure better output or performance higher than that of prior art system such as gas fired boiler.
