Shuttle control - with constant-drive cam operating with brake and clamp system

Designed for the prodn of woven or netting materials from metal wire, a braking and propulsion unit is mounted at each end of the race board to trap the shuttle, load the weft wire, and impek it back across the loom. The brake and shuttle clamp systems operate with a control cylinder, while a cam under constant drive is lowered into contact with the shuttle to drive it back across the loom and carry the weft wire with it. Provides a simple system which can develop metal materials of a variety of widths.
