PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and precisely measure flatness of a flange part of a pressed product such as a Li-ion secondary battery case.SOLUTION: After a member to be measured is placed on a stage with high flatness provided with a slit hole at a position that a measurement region of the member to be measured abuts against, a distance from a stage surface to the measurement region of the member to be measured is measured by a non-contact type displacement meter from a reverse side of the stage on which the member to be measured is placed through the slit hole while a constant load is placed on the measurement region of the member to be measured, and a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the distance from the stage surface to the measurement region of the member to be measured is determined as flatness. |
