The transfer station D has a corotron 16 which attracts the developed image to the sheet 12. A stripping roller 20 spaced slightly apart from the drum 10 has an applied voltage 24, e.g. equal and opposite the polarity of the charge voltage of the transfer corotron, thereby attracting the sheet 12 from the drum 10. In another embodiment corotron (28) Fig. 3 (not shown) connected to an A.C. or negative source neutralizes the charge on the sheet 12.</p> |
