<p>1303777 Fountain brushes TRIXIE CORP Ltd 14 July 1971 [15 July 1970] 33144/71 Heading A4K In a fountain brush in which flow of liquid detergent from a well 16 and flow of water from a passage 56 in the handle 12 to a chamber 30 is controlled by a valve 22 rotatably mounted in a valve recess 18, the valve has three lengthwise passages 82, 86 and 92 communicating with the exterior of the valve by passages 80, 84, 90 in the valve wall, the positions of the passages in the valve wall being such that when passage 80 is in communication with the well 16, passage 84 is in communication with the passage in the handle and detergent and water are supplied to the chamber 30 and when passage 90 is in communication with passage 56 only water is supplied to the chamber. In Fig. 8, the valve is in a position in which no liquid is supplied to the chamber 30.</p> |
