PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can move a lens group in an optical axis direction and reduce the dimension in the radial direction of a lens barrel.SOLUTION: An imaging device 10 comprises lens groups (31, 32, 34, and 35), an imaging element (22), lens holding members (41, 42, 43, and 45), a rotary cylinder 46, a guide member (47), a transmission member (54) that transmits a driving force of a driving source (56) to the rotary cylinder 46. When the driving force from the driving source is transmitted via the transmission member and the rotary cylinder 46 is rotated with respect to the guide member, the lens holding members is guided by the guide member in an optical axis direction while cam grooves are brought into contact with cam followers, and thereby the lens holding members advance or retreat in the optical axis direction according to the attitude of rotation of the rotary cylinder 46. The transmission member is provided on the inside of one of the lens holding members, guide member, and rotary cylinder 46, provided on the outermost side; the driving source is provided at a position overlapping with the imaging element in the optical axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
