PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom air conditioner which prevents droplets adhering to a plate-like member from flowing along a knob part of the plate-like member and dropping in a bathroom while securing easiness of attachment/detachment work of the plate-like member, such as a filter, to an air conditioner body.SOLUTION: A bathroom air conditioner is attached to a ceiling opening part 3 of a bathroom and includes: a surface panel 6 which is attached to a lower side of an air conditioner body 4 and provided so as to cover the ceiling opening part 3 from below; and a filter 5 which is provided at a position above the surface panel 6 and may be attached or detached in a state where the surface panel 6 is attached to the air conditioner body 4. The filter 5 has: a filter body part 5a positioned above the surface panel 6; a knob part 5b which protrudes to the outer side of the surface panel 6 and is exposed to a lower side; and a droplet dropping guide part 60 which is provided at an intermediate part 5c between the filter body part 5a and the knob part 5b and causes droplets moving thereto to drop on the surface panel 6.
