<p>1309376 Dibenzoxepine derivative PFIZER Inc 19 April 1971 [4 Nov 1970] 25318/71 Heading C2C 11 - (3 - Dimethylaminopropylidene) - 6,11- dihydrodibenz(b,e)oxepine is prepared by reacting 6,11 - dihydrodibenz(b,e)oxepin - 11 - one with the reaction product of 3-dimethylaminopropyltriphenyl phosphonium bromide wtih butyl lithium, basifying the reaction solution, extracting the basified reaction solution with ethyl acetate, chloroform or methylene chloride, and recovering the desired oxepine. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1,018,995 and 1,085,406.</p> |
