PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate taking in and out of a portable terminal at a storage part while effectively utilizing a space inside a panel cover.SOLUTION: A holding recessed part 15g serving as a small-item case as well as a storage of a portable terminal K is formed in an upper cover 15. The holding recessed part 15g is a pocket opening at the front and inclined so as to be lower toward the depth side. A rib 15h protruding toward a driver seat is formed at a lower edge side of an opening part 20a. Even when the portable terminal K longer than the depth of the holding recessed part 15g is stored, the rib 15h can prevent the portable terminal K from falling. Also, an extending recessed part 15i that makes the depth of the holding recessed part 15g deeper is formed at the depth side upper part of the holding recessed part 15g. A longer portable terminal K can be stored by inserting the tip side of the portable terminal K into the extending recessed part 15i.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
