PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a mold member with which generation of burr is suppressed upon molding, mold and liquid ejection head and producing method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a producing method of a mold member comprising a hollow part. The method comprises a step for creating the hollow part by withdrawing off metal first piece, second piece, third piece and fourth piece from 4 directions. The second piece has a longer configuration in a withdrawing direction of the mold. The withdrawing directions of the second piece and the fourth piece are approximately opposite.
