PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that can sufficiently cool a low-boiling point medium serving as a cooling target even when the low-boiling point medium is used.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 10 is a heat exchanger that uses a low-boiling point medium 100 having a boiling point lower than that of water. The heat exchanger 10 includes: a body barrel container 20 extending in the longitudinal direction ld; and an injection device 30 for injecting the low-boiling point medium 100 in the liquid state from injection ports 31 into the body barrel container 20. The body barrel container 20 has a medium inlet 21 and a medium outlet 22 that are formed opposing to the longitudinal direction ld, converts the low-boiling point medium 100 in the gaseous state flowing in from the medium inlet 21 into the liquid state and then makes the low-boiling point medium to flow out from the medium outlet 22. Each of the injection ports 31 is located at a position closer to the medium inlet 21 than the medium outlet 22 in the longitudinal direction ld.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
