PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor that has heat shielding properties and can prevent warpage due to infrared light.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 is produced by forming a coloring base material layer 11, a printing layer 13 having a pattern printed on the coloring base material layer 11, a transparent glossiness adjustment layer 15 for adjusting glossiness of a surface of the printing layer 13, and a projection 17 that is formed of an ionizing radiation-curable resin and has a shape synchronized with the pattern, in this order. The projection 17 has a height of 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less and intervals between the projections 17 of 1 μm or more and 2 mm or less, and contains 20 pts.mass or more and 30 pts.mass or less of granular particles having a particle diameter of 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the ionizing radiation-curable resin.
