AEROSOL FIRE-EXTINGUISHER COMPOSITION

Provided is an aerosol fire-extinguisher composition which is usable as a fire extinguisher when a fire has broken out. The aerosol fire-extinguisher composition comprises (A) a fuel and (B) an inorganic oxidizing agent in amounts of 20-50 mass% and 80-50 mass%, respectively, of the total amount of components (A) and (B) and further contains (C) a potassium salt of an organic carboxylic acid in an amount of 7-1,000 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the sum of components (A) and (B). The composition has a pyrolysis initiation temperature which is higher than 90ºC but is not higher than 260ºC.
