In the case of a recovery from a state where the transmission of a signal via a first signal line is stopped, a first control signal is transmitted via a second signal line, and the transmission of a charging signal for charging capacitances for AC coupling that are connected in series with the first signal line via the first signal line is started before a timing at which the transmission of the control signal ends.
