The invention relates to a heat recovery ventilator equipped with a static air-to-air heat exchanger, made by recycling beer and soft drinks aluminium cans, and a method for making the same. According to the invention, the ventilator is equipped with a static air-to-air heat exchanger which is made by joining two or three piles of rectangular-section tubes (2), depending on the desired capacity, i.e. individual or centralized heat exchanger, and fixed within the parallelepipedal frame, which is a carriage (1) proper, to which connection elements and air-flow guiding elements are also fastened, the piles of rectangular-section tubes (2) being configured by placing the tubes (2) between the steel blades of the positioning and fixing device, the steel blades of the device, having a thickness of 3.5 mm, also playing the role of anvils for the sonotrode of the welding apparatus used to weld the assembling fins, the tubes (2) being formed on a device using assemblies of two or three cylindrical sections, of aluminium cans, by overlapping 2 cm, and after formation, assembling fins of 4 mm being made with ply tongs, on the tube ends as well as the reinforcing spacers at the tube joints, also of 4 mm, at the end of the shaping, the joined surfaces being secured with a weld point by the welding sonotrode. As claimed by the invention, the method consists in that, the static air-to-air heat exchanger is made of modules of rectangular-section tubes obtained by recycling the aluminium cans, directly by mechanically shaping the cylindrical surface, without energy-consuming processes, electrolysis, melting extrusion or lamination, the final product, i.e. the heat recovery ventilator, being meant for protecting the environment in order to reduce energy consumption and provide a favourable living environment. |
