The embodiments of the present invention provide a resource switching method, apparatus and system, relating to the field of communications. The time-frequency resource used by a service group can be switched when the time-frequency resource used by the service group does not satisfy data transmission characteristics, and the efficiency of data transmission is improved. The resource switching method includes: a first device receives a first resource switching message transmitted from a second device, and the first device and the second device belong to the same service group, the first resource switching message being used for indicating the devices within the service group to perform the resource switching, and including a first resource information, the first resource information being used for indicating a first resource that satisfies the resource switching requirement of the second device; the first device determines a second resource from the first resource, the second resource being the resource that satisfies the resource switching requirement of the first device; the first device transmits a second resource switching message, and the second resource switching message includes a second resource information, the second resource information being used for indicating the second resource. |
