<p>An air pollution control system for treating contaminated air generated by food processing apparatus. Moist air laden with impurities and odors during food treatment is withdrawn from a processing chamber, cooled to condense moisture and particulate matter out of the air, and returned to the processing chamber, without discharge into the atmosphere. The conditioned air is reheated, absorbing moisture from the food product and again fed into the system.</p> |
