<p>Pig pest virus is readily cultured on isolated tracheas obtd. from healthy pigs, in a suitable medium 30 x 40 tracheas are injected with 50,000-15,0000 mean lethal doses of virus, incubated 4 days at 35-37 degrees and the medium removed and stored at 4 degrees. Up to 5 crops can be obtd. from each batch of tracheaas.</p> |
