<p>Cpds. of formula (I): (halo)pyridyl, (anthra) quinolyl or N-ethylcarbazolyl; A and B = H;C = Cl, CH3, NO2, (m) ethoxy, carbamoyl or carboxymethyl; or : A = H; B= Cl; C = CH3 or methoxy; or: A = H; B and C = CH3 or A=H or CH3; B = NO2; C = methoxy; D = H or CH3; E = H or - CONFG; F= H; G = benzyl, (halo)phenyl or trimethylphenyl; or: F+G+N = morpholino; R1 = H or CH3; R2 = H, lower alkyl, phenyl or the sulphate of a dimethylamino-lower alkyl gp. Prepn. by diazotisation of a cpd. (II): R-NH2 in dil. aq. HCl at 0 degree C adding NaNO2 dropwise, to form a cpd. (III): R-N2 (+) x (-) which is reacted with a cpd. (IV): (I) are psychotherapeutics, esp. anti-aggression agents. They may be used in the treatment of mental disorders. They block teh aggressive behaviour of schizophrenics without causing depression and without toxicity.</p> |
