摘要 A rubber composition, preparation method and vulcanized rubber thereof are provided. The rubber composition comprises uncrosslinked rubber and rubber particles having crosslinked structure dispersed therein, wherein the rubber particles having crosslinked structure are synthetic rubber particles and/or natural rubber particles with an average particle size of 20 to 500 nm and a gel content of 60% by weight or higher, and the uncrosslinked rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber, and wherein the weight ratio of the rubber particles having crosslinked structure to the uncrosslinked rubber is 1:99-20:80.

A rubber composition, consisting of uncrosslinked rubber and rubber particles having radiation crosslinked structures, wherein the rubber particles having radiation crosslinked structures comprise synthetic and/or natural rubber particles with a gel content of at least 60 wt %, and wherein the uncrosslinked rubber comprises styrene-butadiene rubber, and further wherein the weight ratio of the rubber particles having radiation crosslinked structures to the uncrosslinked rubber ranges from 1:99 to 20:80, and wherein the rubber composition comprises a continuous phase comprising the uncrosslinked styrene-butadiene rubber, and a dispersed phase comprising the rubber particles having radiation crosslinked structures, which are dispersed in the continuous phase with fine particle sizes ranging from 20 nm to 500 nm.
